LISA WEAGLE

OWNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

-

With a formal background in fashion and strong foundation in visual arts, Lisa has cultivated a lifelong love for expressing ideas and creativity through her skilled hands. Upon discovering the art of floristry in 2015; a discipline that seamlessly merges her artistic expression with a deep-rooted affinity for nature she had found her passion.

For Lisa, a strong connection with nature isn't just a concept—it's a heartfelt bond, an emotional attachment to the beauty that surrounds us. At Sweet Woodruff, this connection is woven into the fabric of every wedding and event we have the privilege to be part of—and always embracing our distinctive signature design approach.

Lisa is proud that Sweet Woodruff’s work has been featured in many fine publications, including Martha Stewart Weddings, Once Wed, Magnolia Rouge, Style Me Pretty, Wedding Sparrow, Grace Ormonde, House & Home Magazine among others.

Lisa founded Sweet Woodruff in 2010. Her love affair with both flowers and design started early on in life, when she got her first job working in a flower shop at 14. Later, she went on to study interior design in college, then a degree in Urban Planning. Over the years she built a brand that reflects a signature style that is simple and elegant; natural and refined; romantic, yet modern.
